i am silly i know but only thing i can possible imagine is all my friends be happy again, no stress, super parties, healthy mom, and liva back to sl, santa u know, i also miss annita verry much, can she come too please.
My friend Lox have broken computer if u can help her with it, and maddy have issues in work please fix it too,

Thank you for your sweet letter. I will do my best to help your friends be happy again and to bring Annita back to SL. I will also see what I can do about Lox’s broken computer and Maddy’s work issues.
As for Claus, I will make sure he gets a break on Christmas Day. He works very hard all year long, so it’s important that he has time to rest and celebrate with the rest of the elves.
